Thermotrack Webserve offers you the possibility to create 2 types of reports that are sent periodically by email in PDF format to the persons you designate
1) Graphs and Alarms Report
This report displays the graph of each equipment and the list of temperature excursions with eventual justifications.
To create a new report, use the “Settings” menu and choose “Report” and choose “Graph and alarms”
- Click on “new”.
- Give a name to the report and choose the equipment you are interested in.
- Choose the duration of the period you want to send the report (for example every 1 week)
- Enter the email address of the recipient. If there is more than one recipient, separate the addresses with a semicolon ( 😉
- Choose the periodicity of sending
- Validate your selection
2) Report of non download of Thermo Buttons
You can receive a report if the Thermo Buttons are not read according to the periodicity of reading that you indicated in the equipment settings.
To create a new report, use the “Settings” menu and choose “Report” and choose “Buttons not downloaded”
- Enter the name of the report and choose the equipment you are interested in.
- Enter the email address of the recipient. If there is more than one recipient, separate the addresses with a semicolon ( 😉
- Choose how often the report should be sent
- Save
