This menu allows you to grant access to your Weezicloud accont to other users (clients, suppliers, colleagues, etc.).
You can Create, Edit, and Delete users.
Add Users
Enter the full details of the user.
- Profile: choose between Administrator and User. An administrator has the right to perform any type of operation, including creating other administrators and users.
- Login: choose a login. This login cannot be modified.
- Password: choose a password. This password can be changed later.
- Preferences: specify the language, temperature format, and date format preferences for the user.
- Password validity management: if you choose “Yes,” the user will need to change their password every 90 days. The new password must be different from the previous one. This management mode is highly recommended under the FDA 21CFR part 11 standard.
- Permissions: if you create a user, you must specify the actions they can perform. By default, the user has no permissions. An Administrator, however, has all the permissions provided by Thermotrack-Online.
- View records of other users: if unchecked, the user will only see the tasks prepared by them or for them.
- Delete tasks: specifies whether the user can delete tasks.
- Create other users: specifies whether the user can create other administrators or users.
