{"id":669,"date":"2021-11-25T09:57:08","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T08:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.plugandtrack.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=669"},"modified":"2026-02-23T17:29:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T16:29:39","slug":"installation-of-net-device-manager-software","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.plugandtrack.com\/en\/thermotrack-webserve-en\/hardware-installation\/installation-with-sensor-net-connect\/installation-of-net-device-manager-software\/","title":{"rendered":"Installing Net Device Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\r\n<p>Net Device Manager must be installed on a Windows machine:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>On a physical or virtual machine, not dedicated<\/li>\r\n<li>Running Windows 7 or higher, including Windows Server<\/li>\r\n<li>Operating 24\/7 with sleep mode disabled<\/li>\r\n<li>On the same network as the FoxNet or Sensor Net Connect<\/li>\r\n<li>In the case of a subnet or a remote site over VPN, it must be possible to ping the Sensor Net Connect or FoxNet Controller<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Download<\/h2>\r\n<p>Download Net Device Manager from<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/thermobouton.fr\/ftp\/plugandtrack\/Thermotrack-Webserve\/NetDeviceManager\/Install_NetDeviceManager.exe\">https:\/\/thermobouton.fr\/ftp\/plugandtrack\/Thermotrack-Webserve\/NetDeviceManager\/Install_NetDeviceManager.exe<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>Double-click on the downloaded file and follow the installation steps.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Check that Windows services have been started correctly.
