Message :
You have a Solo version and your Thermo or Hygro Button does not work any longer. You have bought a new Button and the software does not allow you to use it.

A message explains: “You can use only 1 (or 5) Button(s) with this version”
Solution :
Download the file :
https://thermobouton.fr/ftp/plugandtrack/Tools/SNDEMO-Reset.EXE
Run the file to launch the program installation :
- Choose the language and click « OK »
- Click “Next”. The program will install
- Click “Done”
- The following window is displayed :
- The program will detect the version of Thermotrack PC that is installed on your computer.
- Click “Reinitialize” (means “Reset”)
- Close the program
