Error message

When programming or reading a thermobutton, you get a message like this

Unable to open file <C:\ProgramData\Proges-Plus\Thermotrack\V..\Thermobouton\xxxx.xx>

System error details:

Access denied.

Solution

Ask your IT department to give you write access to the Thermotrack PC database, which by default is located in :

  • V9 : C:\ProgramData\Proges-Plus\Thermotrack\V9\Thermobouton
  • V8 : C:\ProgramData\Proges-Plus\Thermotrack\V8\Thermobouton
  • V7 : C:\ProgramData\Proges-Plus\Thermotrack\V7\Thermobouton

  1. Hello,

    I have installed, together with the IT-Department the Thermotrack PC V9. So far so good, but I also get the error:
    “Unable to open file

    System error details:

    Access denied.”

    I checked again together with our IT, but we can not find the folder “Thermobouton”. It is just not existing, so no write access can be activated.
    What can I do?
