Check the blue USB adapter
- Close Thermotrack PC

Checking the Thermo Button
- Close Thermotrack PC
- Connect the black cable to the blue USB adapter without connecting the Thermo Button
- Open Thermotrack PC
- Read data from a Thermo Button
- If the Download window appears, everything is functioning correctly
