How do I reset the Solo or Cinco Button list?

You have a Solo version and your Thermo or Hygro Button no longer works. You’ve bought a new Button and the software won’t let you use it.

You have a Cinco version and one of your Thermo or Hygro Buttons no longer works. You’ve bought a new Button and the software won’t let you use it.

A message appears: This version can only use 1 (or 5) Button(s)

Download file

Then run the file to launch the program installation:

Choose your language and click on “OK”.

Click on “Next”. The program will then be installed.

Click on “Finish

When the utility is launched, the following window will appear:

The program detects the version of Thermotrack PC installed on your computer.

Then click on the “Reset” button

Close program
