How can I find the serial number of my USB reader ?

1) If you don’t have any licence or are in demo version

1. Plug your reader and open Thermotrack PC.
2. The serial number appear in the following window.

2) If you already have a licence

1. Plug your reader and open Thermotrack PC.
2. Go to Utilities –> Maintenance –> Serial Number.
