Message

When missionning or reading a Button, the message “Pb Button” or “DS2422” or “No Button” is displayed.

There is a high probability that the button is defective. Possible reasons are :

• No more lithium in the Button (no more battery).
• The button was exposed to a temperature outside its operating range (too high temperature).
• Water ingress the button (prolonged immersion and/or immersion at high temperature).
• Big mechanical shock on the button

Solution

The button must be changed. The battery cannot be replaced. Contact your distributor or Plug and Track at thermotrack@proges.com
