Prerequisites
Net Device Manager must be installed on a Windows machine:
- On a physical or virtual machine, not dedicated
- Running Windows 7 or higher, including Windows Server
- Operating 24/7 with sleep mode disabled
- On the same network as the FoxNet or Sensor Net Connect
- In the case of a subnet or a remote site over VPN, it must be possible to ping the Sensor Net Connect or FoxNet Controller
Download
Download Net Device Manager from
http://thermobouton.fr/ftp/plugandtrack/Thermotrack-Webserve/NetDeviceManager/Install_NetDeviceManager.exe
Double-click on the downloaded file and follow the installation steps.
Check that Windows services have been started correctly. All lights must be green
If one of the LEDs is red :
- Close Net Device Manager (Password = netdevice)
- Go to the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Proges-Plus\NetDeviceManager
Right-click on the Net DeviceManager.exe file and select ” Open as administrator “.
If the Internet Connectivity LED is red, you may be using a proxy. Enter the available parameters in the “Tools” menu
